Update from September 24th, I was contacted by a rep from the dealership and he apologized for the delay in getting back to me. After some conversation and explaining that we are full time RVers and no longer in the state, they refunded a very fair amount back into my credit card. THANK FOR DOING THE RIGHT THING!
